OVERVIEW
You and your time are valuable and I would love to walk with you through the planning process. I know it can be overwhelming, yet exciting, to plan the perfect session, and I am here to help from start to finish. You will receive planning guidance based on your vision and wishes after you schedule. A retainer will be requested at the time of booking so that I can ensure your time and date is set aside especially for you. All products will have an additional 6% added for sales tax. At least, three package options are consistently offered in each category- portraits, weddings events, headshots, and business marketing, which allows me to serve all needs, wishes and budgets. Payment plans are available.
Portrait SESSION PACKAGES
Portrait sessions are great for seniors, families, children, and couples. Let's build the session that is perfect for you. Three package sizes are offered to best meet your needs. Session packages include the session time, editing, all consultations and the photographers time , talent and equipment. Light retouching services are included on your high resolution digital file inclusions and on enlargement prints included or ordered. Session prices are good for all members of an immediate family. Each additional person or animal is subject to a $10 sitting fee. All travel is included within Frederick Co. Please inquire about our milage fee if your location is outside of Frederick Co. You will find pricing for prints and photo products on the Professional Products page.
Bulk session rates: Would you like to book back to back sessions with friends or neighbors? Friends who book on the same date will each receive session discounts of 15%. Are you planning to have more than one session within 18 months time? Buy your package choices at the same time and save- buy two sessions save 15% or buy three sessions and save 20%. Bulk buys are prefect for maternity, newborn and one year or engagements, anniversaries and more!

Lifestyle Sessions
In-home and adventure lifestyle sessions are offered throughout the year. Lifestyle sessions are longer sessions showcasing your family in your most comfortable setting, home, or in areas or locations that are most precious to you. In-home sessions are wonderful for newborns.

Small & Intimate WEDDINGS
Sarah Burns Photography specializes in intimate and small weddings and events- mainly focusing on events that need 2-6 hours of coverage. Regular Wedding packages (4+ hours) include an engagement session. The hourly wedding coverage rate without a wedding package is $250 per hour. Hourly rates do not include package benefits or inclusions. *Wedding bookings Sunday through Thursday as well as bookings January through March will be applicable for a 10% wedding package discount.

This category includes all non-wedding events and gatherings. Please contact me for a custom quote. Quotes are based on a phone consultation intake; they are determined by the occasion, the distance, the vision, and on the product inclusions desired for your event.
BUSINESS HEADSHOTS
Headshot sessions are great for multiple uses. Let's build the session type that is perfect for your needs. Three package sizes are offered to best serve your vision. If you need headshots for multiple team members or employees, please select the business package or inquire about our Business Marketing Packages. A $20 fee will be added to the Business package for each additional team member after the five included. Each additional will also include an additional high resolution file choice or 2 web-sized files.

BUSINESS Marketing
Perfect for businesses that need to upgrade their marketing game. During this shoot, we will capture what life looks like for your business, client and employee interactions and owner headshots. A business marketing shoot is used to highlight the aspects of your business that you would like to draw attention to. The people, tools and materials, action, and location will all be photographed to showcase what makes your business what it is. Headshots will be included per request. You may upgrade your marketing package for $175 per additional hour. Both packages include a consultation, planning guidance, session time, and batch editing on your full gallery. Please note, web-sized files are for media uses and digital representations only. High resolution files are best for all uses including enlargements, banners and prints.

Homeschool Photography Classes
For students in grades 6-12, a 10 week course is offered. In this course, students will learn how to use all the manual settings of a camera, begin to understand how camera settings work together to create the exposure and look they wish to create, study light, and learn rules of composition. For students in grades K-5, a 6 week course is offered. Students will learn how to work with different lighting situations, composition, and aesthetics. Class time includes instructional time, interactive periods, as well as hands on work and assignments.
Customized Photography lessons
Photography lessons geared toward the learning goals of the individual student. These are private or semi-private lessons given on the client's terms. Material, lesson length, and dates are all customized for the individual. Lessons can be geared toward a student of any age, both young and old. Lessons will include instructional time as well as hands on work.
